Product Description
Gelatin is defined as a "product obtained from partial".
Hydrolysis of collagen derived from natural sources such as skin, and bones of animals. It is an easily digestible protein that contains all the essential amino acids except tryptophan. Gelatin is NOT a chemical or chemically modified substance.
It has been commonly used in food, pharmaceutical, photography, and cosmetic manufacturing. Substances containing gelatin or functioning in a similar way are called gelatinous. Gelatin is an irreversibly hydrolyzed form of collagen.
